Kevin leads our tax services division and can draw on over 30 years tax experience, including five years working with the Irish Revenue.
Based on his experience working with the Irish Revenue, he brings with him an intrinsic insight and feel for the Revenue’s approach to transactions.
His experience has also included the management of complex Revenue audits.
Kevin can advise on tax risks in respect of all the relevant taxes including how taxes interact with each other and how they can impact on your business goals.

Tax Knowledge

Kevin will take complex tax rules and apply them to what you want to do and work with you to deliver customised practical advice.
He can also work with you on ensuring the practical implementation of the advice in a way that fits seamlessly into your commercial plans.
His work has included the tax aspects of corporate restructurings, MBO’s and MBI’s, disposals and acquisitions of assets, business and companies and several high profile construction and infrastructure projects in Ireland.

International Tax

Kevin has been involved in advising many multinational companies on setting up and continuing operations in Ireland.
Kevin has worked with international tax professionals around the world in several professional networks and can draw on his contacts to provide international solutions for clients.
Kevin was previously involved in one of the longest running and successful tax appeals in Ireland, leading to significant tax refunds for all of his clients in that sector – the success evidenced by a subsequent change to the tax law in that area.

Kevin has advised companies and individuals across a broad spectrum of business sectors including Intellectual Property and ecommerce, Technology, Construction and Contracting, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Healthcare, International Services including Internet Delivered Services, Renewable Energy and Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Kevin is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). He is a two time past Chairman of the Indirect Taxes Committee of TALC – the joint Tax Administration and Liaison Committee made up of Senior Irish Revenue officials and Tax practitioners.
Kevin has spoken and lectured on tax topics around the world.


Tina Elliott

Tina leads our business advisory division and brings over 30 years experience to the practice.
Her experience includes a number of professional practices and a role in industry as a Group Financial Controller for a market leader in its sector.
Tina is responsible for delivery of business support services including management accounting, statutory reporting, payroll taxes, VAT and external reporting.
Tina brings a practical approach to the delivery of client services and from her industry background has a deep understanding of how clients prefer to acquire professional services.
She takes her “can do” approach to all assignments.

International Experience

In previous roles Tina has had financial reporting responsibility for significant operations abroad and has also acted as auditor and adviser to a broad range of foreign and foreign owned clients.
Her work has also included accounting and annual reporting services for individuals, partnerships, trusts, private and public companies, liquidations and receiverships and restructuring Irish and overseas operations across several industries.
Tina acts as trusted adviser to many of our family owned business clients.
